"Threads for Life"
is now available
Dear Reader,
Sometimes when trying to avoid sadness we end up avoiding love! One of the most beautiful quotes I have read is “I hope you find someone who speaks your language, so you don’t have
to spend an entire lifetime translating your soul.”
When life sneaks up on you—and it will someday in one way or another!—you will feel hurt, as if something is pushing you away from yourself. Simply accept and embrace life with open
arms and know that such pain is a beautiful opportunity for self-transformation.
For more than three years, I personally did everything I could not to write this story, until I was hooked by self-transformation.
Threads for Life is a spiritual love story through which I leave the reader a collection of beliefs, love moments, ethics, laughter, self-transformation remedies and morals that have shaped and honed many lives.
In this story, Carl undergoes a tough self-transformation experience. Ironically, what led to such an inspiring reformation was a simple invite from his friend, Ziad. When he first received the letter from his friend Ziad asking Carl to pay him a visit at the Phuktal Monastery, the only Buddhist monastery that can still be reached only by foot in the autonomous Himalayan region, he wouldn’t have believed that he would undergo such tough emotional hygiene.
With each sunset in that part of the world, a thread grew within and around his wrist, wrapping different parts of his soul one color at a time.
These threads governed his life from the time he was in the Himalayas till the present moment.
I am hoping to leave these threads in the reader’s hands to pull them through hard times and guide them no matter where they are.
I hope you enjoy reading the book, and I am looking forward to hearing your thoughts on Threads for Life. If you find the book interesting and think others would benefit from reading it,

To Lisa Gilliam,
Hiring an editor for the manuscript was a bit overwhelming. You managed to make the process so smooth and rewarding. When I was researching you through your website, lisagilliam.com, the first thing I read was “I am so glad you stopped by.” And I said to myself. I really hope so! Lisa, I am so grateful you edited the manuscript. What a beautiful, skillful. trustworthy, professional person you are. I am really so glad I stopped by.
Thank you.
